Guide To Install TWRP Recovery And Root Lenovo K8 Note:

1.) First Read Preparation Unlock Bootloader Download Required Files.

2.) Download “adb-fastboot-tool-2016.zip” unzip it Download TWRP recovery for your phone.

3.) Rename TWRP recovery IMG file “twrp.img” to “recovery.img” and copy to adb-fastboot-tool-2016 Folder.

4.) Open cmd windows in adb-fastboot-tool-2016 folder by Shift + Mouse Right click.

5.) Connect your phone to PC.

6.) Now paste this command on command window and hit enter to reboot your phone into bootloader (fastboot) mode.

adb reboot bootloader

7.) Flash TWRP recovery by this command.

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

8.) Reboot the device to recovery.

fastboot reboot

• Now go to the root step.

Guide To Root Lenovo K8 Note:-

1. Download “Magisk_14.6.Zip” copy it to the phone.
2. Turn off your phone and turn into recovery mode By Volume Down + Power.
3. Now Allow Modifications “Swipe to Allow Modifications” allow it.
4. Go to Install Navigate to Magisk_14.6.Zip Swipe to install.
5. Reboot your phone.

Root Lenovo K8 Plus MTK Install TWRP Guide

Finally, TWRP recovery for Lenovo K8 Plus Android 7.0 is here for MTK variant. That means you can Root Lenovo K8 Plus MTK with TWRP Recovery and SuperSU. The current rooting method only supports Android 7.0 but we will also publish the Android oreo guide when it available. Now we will show rooting guide for Lenovo K8 Plus MTK Android 7.0 with SuperSU and MTK Flash Tool.

For rooting you have to install twrp recovery, Xda forum member GEEKOFIA  developed twrp recovery for Lenovo K8 Plus MTK. We will guide you how to install Twrp on Lenovo K8 Plus and roo guide. you can also use xposed framework, Custom ROM’s and other Mods after rooting the device.

About The device:-

Lenovo Launched Lenovo K8 Plus with Mediatek Helio P25 Processor running on Android 7.0. The phone came with 5.2 inches full HD display with IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. It has 3/4 GB ram 32GB internal storage, Support up to 128 GB SD card. Lenovo installs dual 13 + 5MP back camera and 8MP front camera with HDR. It has Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass Sensor.

How to Install Twrp on Lenovo K8 Plus:-

1-> Download “SP_Flash_Tool.zip” and TWRP Recovery for K8 Plus zip unzip it.

2-> Go to “SP_Flash_Tool” folder Run “flash_tool.exe” .

3-> Click on “Scatter-Loading” and go to TWRP Recovery for K8 Plus folder > select scatter file.

4-> Select “Download only”.

5-> Turn Off Your Phone.

6-> Click Download In Flash Tool.

7-> Connect switch off a phone with your PC using the USB cable.

Flashing Will Start after it was done Green Wright will appear.

8-> Flashing Done Disconnect The USB Cable Turn On Your Phone.

Guide To Root Lenovo K8 Plus MTK:-

1. Download SuperSU-v2.82 or Magisk copy it to the Internal Storage or USB-OTG.
2. Turn off your phone and turn into recovery mode By Volume UP + Power.
3. Now Don’t Allow Modifications.

5. Reboot your phone.

Looking for a way to root your Lenovo Z5? In our today’s guide, we’ll tell you how you can install TWRP Recovery and root Lenovo Z5.

Previous month Lenovo launched their latest smartphone of Lenovo Z Series. The named of the device is Lenovo Z5. After launching the Lenovo Z5 device, Shortly after the TWRP Recovery for Lenovo Z5 is now available. So now you can easily root Lenovo Z5 and install custom ROM and much more. Thanks to the Chinese developer “Wzsx150” to share this on Lenovo Chinese forum.

Here we share “TWRP for Lenovo Z5” which will make it easier to root Lenovo Z5. First, we will install TWRP recovery using ADB. If you have Lenovo Z5 and you want to install TWRP Recovery on your device and root Lenovo Z5. Then you are in the right place.

Install TWRP and Root Lenovo Z5

Before doing all those processes first, need to unlock the bootloader of Lenovo Z5. Without unlocking the bootloader you can’t root or install TWRP in your device. Unlock bootloader of Lenovo Z5 first, then follow the guide below to install TWRP on Lenovo Z5.

After installing TWRP recovery on the device, you can easily install latest magisk on Lenovo Z5 for root access. If you want to install custom ROM or any mod then need to install TWRP Recovery and root access. Here we provide TWRP v3.2.3 for Lenovo Z5. So let’s go to the steps below to Root Lenovo Z5 with Magisk and Install TWRP Recovery.

Download Lenovo Z5 TWRP Recovery

• TWRP recovery for Motorola One Power: recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-1002.img

Download other required files:

• ADB & fastboot tool ⇒ LATEST MINIMAL ADB AND FASTBOOT TOOLS
• Download Magisk from Here.

Install TWRP For Lenovo Z5:

1.) Make sure your device bootloader must be unlocked.

2.) Download “adb-fastboot-tool-2018.zip” extract it in a desktop.

• Download TWRP img from above.

3.) Rename TWRP recovery IMG file “recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-1002.img” to “recovery.img” and copy to adb-fastboot-tool-2018 Folder.

4.) Open cmd windows in “recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-1002.img” folder by Shift + Mouse Right click.

5.) Connect your device to the PC, make sure USB Debugging is enabled.

6.) Now Reboot your Lenovo Z5 in Bootloader Mode, using this command.

adb reboot bootloader

7.) Change the active partition to slot A, using the following command:

Set active partition from B to A: fastboot –set-active=_a

8.) Once your device in fastboot mode, Now paste this command on command window and hit enter to install TWRP recovery on Lenovo Z5.

fastboot boot recovery.img

9.) Now enter into TWRP mode, first press the “Volume -” button to switch to “Recovery mode”, then press the “Power” button to confirm, then the device will start into TWRP Recovery mode and go to the root steps below.

Lenovo Z5 Root

• Download Magisk zip, copy it to the Internal Storage or external storage.
• Turn off your phone and turn into recovery mode By Volume UP + Power.
• Now Don’t Allow Modifications.
• Change language from setting Chinese to English (If you want to change).
• Then go to Install Navigate to Magisk.zip Swipe to install.
• Reboot your phone.

Previous year Lenovo launched their smartphone of Lenovo S Series. The named of the device is Lenovo S5. After launching the Lenovo S5 device, Shortly after the TWRP Recovery for Lenovo S5 is now available. So now you can easily root Lenovo S5 and install custom ROM and much more.

Here we share “TWRP for Lenovo S5” which will make it easier to root Lenovo S5. First, we will install TWRP recovery using ADB. If you have Lenovo S5 and you want to install TWRP Recovery on your device and root Lenovo S5. Then you are in the right place.

Install TWRP and Root Lenovo S5

Before doing all those processes first, need to unlock the bootloader of Lenovo S5. Without unlocking the bootloader you can’t root or install TWRP in your device. Unlock bootloader of Lenovo S5 first, then follow the guide below to install TWRP on Lenovo S5.

After installing TWRP recovery on the device, you can easily install magisk on Lenovo S5 for root access. If you want to install custom ROM or any mod then need to install TWRP Recovery and root access. Here we provide TWRP v3.2.3 for Lenovo S5. So let’s go to the steps below to Root Lenovo S5 with Magisk and Install TWRP Recovery.

Download Lenovo Z5 TWRP Recovery

• All required file for Lenovo S5: Lenovo_S5_k520_guide

Download other required files:

• ADB & fastboot tool ⇒ LATEST MINIMAL ADB AND FASTBOOT TOOLS

Install TWRP For Lenovo S5:

1.) Make sure your device bootloader must be unlocked.

2.) Download “adb-fastboot-tool-2018.zip” extract it in a desktop.

• Download TWRP img from above.

3.) Rename TWRP recovery IMG file “recovery-twrp-3.2.3-crn-seoul(v3.2.3-1).img” to “recovery.img” and copy to adb-fastboot-tool-2018 Folder.

4.) Open cmd windows in “adb-fastboot-tool-2018” folder by Shift + Mouse Right click.

5.) Connect your device to the PC, make sure USB Debugging is enabled.

6.) Now Reboot your Lenovo S5 in Bootloader Mode, using this command.

adb reboot bootloader

7.) Once your device in fastboot mode, Now paste this command on command window and hit enter to install TWRP recovery on Lenovo S5.

fastboot boot recovery.img

9.) Now enter into TWRP mode, first press the “Volume up + power” button to switch to “Fastboot mode”, then select the “Recovery mode”, then the device will start into TWRP Recovery mode and go to the root steps below.

Lenovo Z5 Root

• In TWRP, swipe to allow changes. Press cancel when asked for a password to decrypt data
• Go to Wipe>format data, type “yes” and confirm (if you have any data like installed apps, contacts etc., it will be deleted).
• Go to Install and install “Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_12.16.2018.zip“.
• Then go to Install Navigate to Magisk.zip Swipe to install.
• Reboot your phone.
